LEGISLATION:Reviews and makes recommendations to the Board of Trustees on proposed local and state legislation.

ACTIVITIES: Committee functions in a nonpartisan manner to review all bills filed with the State Legislature, and to identity subject matter as to which the input and comments of lawyers may be value to legislature due to our legal training and experience as lawyers.

Committee Chairpersons: Co-Chairs serve staggered two-year terms.

Meeting Time: Second and Fourth Tuesdays when Legislature is in session at 12:00 Noon. The Legislation Committee will meet in November.
