FUTURE OF THE LAW INSTITUTE (FLI) HIGH SCHOOL MENTOR PROGRAM: FLI encourages high school students of color and/or economic disadvantage to pursue higher education in the law. FLI Mentors are paired together to meet with groups of students from the same high school at 4 events during the school year. Mentors are also asked to attend a one hour training in November and graduation ceremony at the end of the year for FLI students. FLI Mentors answer questions about their career in law and provide encouragement to students. The Mentor Program runs from November to May.
