Lawyer Referral Can Help
- Did a contractor fail to complete the work paid for?
- Was work done improperly on a remodel?
- Has a contractor placed a lien on your property in a payment dispute?
- Does your newly built home have construction defects?
- Has the homeowner failed to pay you for work done?
- Has the prime contractor failed to pay you as a subcontractor?
Our American Bar Association certified Lawyer Referral Service—the only one in Washington state—can refer you to an attorney with experience in construction matters, including liens, remodel disputes, subcontractors, surety issues, defects in construction, and other matters.
What Does It Cost?
We collect a $35 administrative fee which covers the first half hour of consultation with the attorney. Fees for representation are between you and the attorney.
