Great! Adverse Depositions

Featuring highly acclaimed teacher of deposition cross-examination skills,
Robert Musante

    Thursday October 11th, 2007
    Red Lion Hotel,
    1415 Fifth Avenue, Seattle

Register for one day or register for both days
    Registration 8:00 am
    Program 8:30 am - 4:30pm

The quality of depositions in any case most often determines the outcome of that case. Yet the vast majority of litigators take mediocre depositions their entire careers because, frankly, their training in this crucial skill consists of the uncritical observation of more "experienced" litigators, who themselves had little or no strategic deposition skills training.

High-quality adverse depositions require the conscious and conscientious application of an integrated set of logical cross-examination rules. These seminars waste no time on entry-level "wisdom," code chatter, idiosyncratic war stories, or tired maxims. Instead, they teach how to take adverse depositions as never before ... the one, right, logical way: as an intellectually, rigorous discipline.

Robert Musante has taught over 28,000 lawyers in 39 states, including 11 offices of state attorneys general. A former University of California Trial Advocacy Lecturer and accomplished civil trial attorney, Mr. Musante has appeared as a legal commentator on radio and national television.
