This training is open to any interested persons. However, this training does not satisfy registry requirements for Title 26 Family Law GALs, Adoption GALs, or Dependency GALs. This training does not satisfy the requirements for Initial Certification to the Washington State Certified Professional Guardian Registry. Completion of this Training does not in itself guarantee appointment to a Title 11 registry. Guardianship GALs must meet all application requirements in order to be appointed. Please check with the registry manager in your county if you have any questions prior to registration.
Before 5:00 P.M. on May 1, the registration fee will be:
$300 for Initial Certification includes registration for both days, all materials, and Day 2 luncheon
$195 for Recertification includes registration for Friday program only, materials, and Day 2 luncheon
After 5:00 P.M. on May 1, the registration fee will be:
$360 for Initial Certification includes registration for both days, all materials, and Day 2 luncheon
$250 for Recertification includes registration for Friday program only, materials, and Day 2 luncheon

Any GAL who wishes to remain on the King, Snohomish or Pierce County Registries that for any reason experiences a conflict or hardship that prevents attendance at the Annual Mandatory Training May 5, 2006 must contact the Registry Manager in the appropriate County, explaining the conflict/hardship in order to have the training requirement waived. Training Staff and Registration Table Volunteers are not authorized to make exceptions.
