Review of the New Appellate Rules

March 14, 2003
Noon - 2:00pm
5th Floor Conference Room, Union Bank of California Building
900 4th Avenue, Seattle

This lunch-time seminar will focus on the changes to the RAPs, with special emphasis on the practical consequences of the amendments to appellate practice. The new RAPs did not make it into the 2003 West’s Washington Court Rules, so this may be your best opportunity to get the information necessary to avoid procedural pitfalls on appeal in the coming year. The seminar will conclude with a half hour session on ethics on appeal.
