Mission Statement: Consists of attorneys who handle appeals to King County Superior Court (RALJ), Division I, Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court (RAP) working to strengthen the relationships with the these courts for the purpose of solving practical issues of records management and technological changes. The section meets monthly at noon for programs ranging from Supreme Court procedures to proposed rule changes, and will plan and present a day-long seminar every other year on appellate-related topics. Periodic guest speakers from KCSC and Division I will address the section about judges’ preferences, internal rules, how to work effectively with clerks and other topics of interest to members.
