Jack Lovejoy is of counsel to Corr Cronin, LLP and a partner in CFL Law Group, LLP. Mr. Lovejoy’s practice frequently involves claims under the Securities Act of Washington. Mr. Lovejoy has represented investment advisors, securities broker-dealers, their employees, and investors. John T. Bender is a senior associate at Corr Cronin, LLP where his practice focuses on high-stakes commercial and complex litigation. Mr. Bender has represented numerous businesses and individuals in cases involving fraud, breach of contract, securities, partnership and shareholder disputes, corporate governance, breach of fiduciary duty, as well as matters involving government entities.
