Jeffrey T. Kestle and Lori W. Hurl | Forsberg & Umlauf, P.S.
Jeffrey T. Kestle's primary practice focuses on the defense of professional liability claims. Jeff has defended clients in a broad range of other claims as well, including personal injury, product liability, toxic torts and premises liability. Prior to beginning his law practice, he served as a judicial extern to a federal appellate court judge in Buenos Aires, Argentina. He has been recognized by Washington State Bar Association’s “Random Acts of Professionalism” Program. Education: University of Washington School of Law, J.D.; Pomona College, B.A.
Lori W. Hurl practices civil litigation defense, with an emphasis on professional liability. Lori has experience representing attorneys and accountants in malpractice claims, and is a member of the Washington State Bar Association Disciplinary Board. Lori was recognized as a “Rising Star” by Super Lawyers magazine from 2013-2018 for her work in Professional Liability Defense. Education: Gonzaga University School of Law, J.D.; University of Washington, B.A.
