Tony Lesirge, CEO & Co-Owner, EXP Technical, Inc. - Tony joined EXP as an owner in 2016 and took over the CEO role in September 2018. Prior to joining EXP, Tony was Director of IT at CellNetix Pathology and Laboratories - one of the largest independent pathology groups in the U.S. Before that he was Director of Customer Operations at Persistent Systems (formerly Doyenz) in Bellevue - a disaster recovery as a service company. Originally from London, Tony’s initial career in the USA was at ISOutsource in Seattle where he was Director of Consulting. Tony holds a BA (Honors) in Computing & Information Systems from the University of Brighton, UK.
Pat Cooke, VP of Business Solutions, EXP Technical, Inc. - Prior to joining EXP Technical in 2016, he was CIO in the startup of CellNetix Pathology and one of the largest independent pathology groups in the U.S. Pat designed and oversaw the development of a unique bar-code driven specimen tracking system that practically eliminated specimen loss. He subsequently negotiated a deal to sell this and other intellectual property to a global software company as well as designing a 5-year development partnership to commercialize the software. Pat has also led sales, marketing and client retention at CellNetix and led several M&A initiatives - including expansion into the Alaska and Spokane markets. Prior to joining CellNetix, Pat founded and built a successful IT consulting company - ISOutsource which he owned for 12 years - subsequently marketing and selling the company in 2004. Pat's initial career was in Architecture and he holds a BSc in Architectural Science from Trinity College Dublin. In his early career, he worked in Computer Aided Design systems management in London & Seattle.
For registration, the ‘Non-KCBA Member’ category includes Attorneys who are not KCBA members, LLLTs, Paralegals, Non-Attorneys, and members of the general public.
If you must cancel, tuition will be refunded less a $10 administrative fee, so long as cancellation is received in writing to CLE@kcba.org by 5:00pm, December 9, 2019. After this date, no refunds will be permitted. However, substitute attendees are welcome.
