Have there ever been two consecutive days in Seattle sports like this? On November 10, the largest crowd in Seattle sports history watched as the Sounders won the MLS championship in CenturyLink Field, beating Toronto with scores from Kelvin Leerdam (assisted by Justin Morrow’s back), Victor Rodriguez and Raul Ruidiaz. Once again, the second-half Sounders came through. I’m not sure what Brian Schmetzer says at halftime, but in an interview after the LAFC victory, he said that he hoped that someone was taping him.
