Summer Flicks for Legal Kicks

As we move into summer, I thought I’d share some of my favorite legal movies. While you have likely seen all of them, you may want to watch one or two of them again while on a plane or a long car ride. Included is a quote from each that inspires me and that I hope inspires you in your day-to-day work and maybe to even volunteer for one of our pro bono programs.

The greatest and likely most obvious example is “To Kill a Mockingbird,” released in 1963. Atticus Finch, an attorney and widower with two young children, is appointed to represent Tim Robinson....
