On March 20, the U.S. Equal Opportunity Employment Commission (EEOC) convened an “Industry Leaders Roundtable Discussion on Harassment Prevention” as part of its efforts to address the #MeToo movement and to follow through on the work done by the 2015 EEOC Select Task Force on the Study of Harassment in the Workplace.1
This meeting was the latest in a years-long focus by the EEOC on developing effective methods for preventing sexual harassment in the workplace.
