By the publication of this column, the incomparable Judge Laura Inveen will have finished her term as presiding judge. She has been a steady and thoughtful leader during a time of great change for our Court. 

During the last two years, she has worked on many issues, including a nearly completed new Children and Family Justice Center, the welcoming of many new judges, security issues, and the biennium budget.
