Writing my last column as KCBA president has caused me to think back on my 40 years as a lawyer in Seattle, and also to wonder what the future will be like. I have thoroughly enjoyed the opportunity to work with wonderful colleagues and staff members to serve clients in this community. I constantly say — and I mean it — there is no better way to contribute to the success of a community than by being a lawyer.
