Immigration lawyers in King County and across the United States will begin filing H-1B visa applications on April 2. It’s a lot like Tax Day for accountants; we work around the clock for months to ensure our clients’ applications are filed during this once-a-year, five-day window. And just as we did last year, we are bracing for a tumultuous adjudication process with the Department of Homeland Security’s U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).
