The following are highlights from the KCBA Board of Trustees meeting held on August 16, convened by KCBA President Andrew Maron.
Maron presented a wrap-up of items discussed at the recent retreat and noted a proposed implementation of the strategic plan’s action steps and trustee committee assignments for FY2018 were included in the materials. He then led a discussion on possible revisions to KCBA’s mission statement. During the strategic plan meetings, the workgroup felt it would be beneficial to condense and simplify the mission statement.
