As the elected Washington State delegate to the American Bar Association (ABA) House of Delegates, I had the honor of introducing and advocating for the King County Bar Association’s Resolution 400 which urges the United States Supreme Court to adopt a binding code of judicial ethics. I am pleased to say that Resolution 400 passed the ABA House of Delegates.
