When autumn arrives, I jump into my custom of sipping warm (and sometimes sugary) lattes. Partly due to advertising and the rest to habit, I have hardly changed this routine. Because mindless routines can easily be the default, I try to be aware of areas where a cookie cutter approach can be both good and bad.
