Let’s just accept the basic truth: after pizza, it is time for ice cream. If you are like us, ice cream consumption did not stop nor slow, but in fact went up during the pandemic, but most of the ice cream consumption happened right at home. A meager stroll to the kitchen, then voilà, a pint of your favorite flavor.
