I’m mad as hell and I can’t take it anymore. Yes, making it to 70 is a blessing and ya pay your dues, with gratitude, to join that club. But having to pay $4,000 out of pocket for each eye for cataracts because Medicare, thanks to the sausage factory that is Congress, pays for the cataract surgery but not the vision corrected lenses (that I and countless others need, and is placed with ease within minutes as part of the same surgeries).
