The eternal debate: New York or Chicago; thin crust, thick, or stuffed; well done and crispy or easily folded. We are exercising our right to engage in this debate reviewing many of our local pizza options.
It appears there are at least 26 regions or localities that claim a style (or THE authentic style) of pizza. Not all are represented in the Seattle area.
