A couple months ago I came upon a concept called “Primary Dispute Resolution.” I had been searching online for ADR-related information and a link came up for an article about a legal practice out of Australia. Namely, in Australian family-related disputes, many jurisdictions have made dispute resolution the preferred method to deal with certain types of legal disputes prior to engaging the court system.
