Since the COVID-19 outbreak, King County Superior Court has made significant changes to the way it hears probate matters and the way it expects you to file your case. The most significant changes include: (1) all scheduled hearings are now heard by telephone and are expected to move to Zoom soon; and (2) the court has limited the number of probate cases that can be heard each day on its 10:30 a.m. probate calendar.
