In Lawrence Kasdan’s film “Grand Canyon,” Kevin Kline’s character Mack is told by his movie producer buddy Davis, played by Steve Martin: “That’s part of your problem you know. You haven’t seen enough movies. All of life’s riddles are answered in the movies.” Really?!?
Well, there is one riddle that I have been noodling on for quite some time that doesn’t have any direct movie treatment that I am aware of.
