We, at Schwabe, love food, and for many of us, cooking is a favorite pastime. Being home day-in and day-out has given us the time to try new skills and hone our craft — cold fermented sourdough bread and slow roasted meats, anyone? But if you are like us, the monotony of isolation has begun to strip the joy from cooking. The pressure to stay healthy and creative has begun to weigh us down.
