There are many ways in which we can address ethical considerations in our dining. Our approach could include sparing animals through a vegetarian or vegan meal, or insisting on humanely treated livestock. Other diners may choose to incorporate food grown using sustainable farming techniques, or locally sourced foods with less carbon impact due to transportation and storage. We tried out several restaurants this month fitting each of these profiles.
